As the rest of the world is stuck inside because of snow, I am enjoying this beautiful weather! We are in the 70's with the sun shining. A pretty picture perfect day.
And, somehow, I am stuck. Writing every day is hard. I have a lot to share, but sitting down to write takes time. As I am wanting to look back at some of my favorite moments in time, I need to find photos before the digital age...or on who-knows-what hard drive.
So, today you get a break. A break full of randomness. Ready?
I don't like mornings. It's true. I love sleep and love sleeping in. I love naps too...but not cat naps - like two hour naps.
I have discovered this fuzzy socks. I don't wear them in public but they are nice and cozy. They are perfect for wearing around the house with all these sold floors. (I may or may not still test out how far I can slide down the hallway with them on.)
I've never been to Colorado.
I love traveling, but I am an anxious traveler, especially when it comes to flying.
I like elephants - A LOT. I really think I should be allowed to have one as a pet.
I miss the snow. Yep - I do like a good snowfall, but only once or maybe twice a year. Then I am ready for my sun again.
I love bbq ribs. I'm a meat and potato girl, but really do not like cooking. I was a really good wife for the first six months of our marriage and had dinner on the table every day at 5:30. That did not last long.
Laundry. Laundry. LAUNDRY! It's really a chore that drives me nuts. It really isn't the washing that I don't like, it's putting away and folding the clothes. So, they usually just sit in the dryer until we need them.
I love California. Well, I really have only been to San Diego. I lived there for a summer. I am pretty convinced it is the closest thing to Heaven here on earth.
Probably the biggest thing I miss eating since I went gluten free, Chik-fil-A. Yes - they have grilled nuggets, but really that is just silly compared to the deliciousness found in the fried nuggets. PLEASE MAKE THESE GLUTEN FREE!!!!!!
